Download payroll and HR reports
Download operational reports such as the payroll register, statutory remittance amounts and BIR Form 2307 for contractors.

The Reports page gives you downloadable payroll and HR reports as CSV files.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, HR, Accountant. Plan: Reports need the Medium plan or higher.
Operational reports
In the sidebar, click Reports and open Operational reports. The available reports are:
- Payroll register: pick a payroll run.
- YTD register: pick a year, and all employees or one employee.
- Variance vs prior run: pick a payroll run.
- Roster.
- Movements: pick a date range.
- Anniversaries: pick a month.
Each report has a branch filter and a Download CSV button.
Statutory remittance amounts
Statutory remittance amounts per payroll run come from the approved run itself: open the approved payroll run and click Download remittance (CSV).
The Dashboard home also shows Statutory remittance · this cutoff, with View reports →.
Government files and year-end tax
Government files (SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG e-files, the BIR alphalist and Form 2316) are coming soon. The Government files tab only shows Request early access for now.
Year-end tax annualization has no separate screen or report in Panatag.
BIR Form 2307 for contractors
For companies with the contractor add-on, BIR Form 2307 appears on the Government files tab:
- Pick the year and quarter.
- Click Build quarter.
- Use Issue or PDF for each payee.
- Click Export quarter (CSV) to download the whole quarter.
