These terms cover your use of Panatag Business Suite ("Panatag," "we," "us"): the dashboard at dash.panatag.app, the Panatag mobile app, ess.panatag.app, the kiosk and chat clock-in channels, and our website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
A business (the "Organization") subscribes to Panatag to run payroll and HR for its employees. The Organization's employees use the employee app to clock in, view payslips and file requests. The Organization is the controller of its employees' records under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173); we process them on its behalf. If you're an employee, your employment terms are between you and your employer, not Panatag.
Don't use Panatag to:
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page for your employee count. If an invoice stays unpaid after its reminders, we may limit the Organization to read-only access until it's paid. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. The employee app is free for employees.
The Organization owns its data. We use it only to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export it at any time. If an Organization stops using Panatag, we follow the notice-and-export process in the Privacy Policy before deleting anything.
We work to keep Panatag available and correct, and we update statutory tables when the government changes them. We may change or retire features; for anything that materially reduces a paid plan, we'll tell the Organization's owner in advance.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Philippine law.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. You can stop using Panatag at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We'll update the date at the top when they change and email Organization owners about material changes.
